Apparently I’m on software-sharing kick. Manuskript is a great tool for planning and documenting solo games (or group games). It is similar to Scrivener, but it is free and open source. It runs on Linux, Windows and MacOS. It includes Character Profiles, Plot Outlines and Summaries, a Story Timeline, Threaded and Nested Writing, Useful Search Tools, and probably other things I’ve forgotten. I started using it on my notebook (Linux) and eventually it replaced Scrivener on my desktop. Below is a screenshot of my Dungeon World campaign notes.
Sweet share, definitely can use this. Thank you.

I personally wouldn’t use this for plots, but it would make a great sandbox manager, especially for ones where your PC(s) have different reputations in different cities.
