Here is the last part of my first GURPS solo campaign. I call it the conclusion of this particular story because the story seed generated at the beginning has been resolved.
I had so much fun doing this. This was my first ever RPG campaign and i’ll definitely be doing more of them, especially in this world with these characters. Thank you to everyone in this group for answering my questions and reading my campaigns, it’s been a blast and I can’t wait to play again! I’ll definitely upload the adventure here when I do. Cheers!

“Keep on the Shadowfell” solo using The Black Hack – Session 5
Session 5 was pretty tense with the party suffering temporary defeat at the hands of an overwhelming kobold force and being rescued by the NPC party of adventurers that I randomly encountered and persuaded in the last session. This session has seen a rules tweak:
I changed the way armor works. In my opinion, the system in which armor provides armor points as some sort of hitpoint buffer makes armor too powerful. Of course this is partly due to me resetting AP after every encounter but still it didn’t feel right. So now armor is either light (gambeson/leather), medium (chain) or heavy (plate) and provides +1, +2 or +3 bonus to the stat the hero uses to defend against attacks (STR or DEX). Shields work as written and still provide AP and of course a natural 20 always fails.
I finally got to level up, which should make further encounters easier due to my fighters now getting two attacks each (I use Fighters as written in TBH).
So, next up will be the encounter inside the Kobold lair with a boss battle against Irontooth and hopefully the rescue of Douven’s wife.
So far I am really enjoying myself.
One more thing: I also added the rule which lets monsters have “templates” which makes them better without adding HD or damage. For example, the elite template forces heroes to add +2 to every roll, regardless of and stacking with the powerful opponent rule. So if the heroes are level 2 and they encounter an elite 2 HD enemy they still add +2 to all rolls, even though level and monster HD are the same. If they encounter an elite 3 HD enemy they would add +3 to all rolls for elite and powerful opponent.

Saturday project to combine Basic Fantasy Role Playing Game with ICRPG heroes and monsters and with Inked Adventures tiles. Running through the Beneath Brymassen dungeon crawl. Good job the guy with the horns turned out to be friendly. The others weren’t so lucky.
